Consola de lectura de pulsos y temperarura para calibración de Master Meter (GateCity) Modelo MSM-01
Cuando nos encontramos con el desafío de realizar calibraciones con Master Meters (GateCity), (algún tiempo atrás representábamos a "GateCity" en "OEA"), hemos realizado algunas experiencias, realmente interesantes en este aspecto.
En primer lugar, encontramos que no existía en forma fehaciente, un procedimiento de calibración del Master Meter, que no sea el manual del mismo.

En él pueden encontrarse algunas planillas, y algún texto explicativo de la misma, pero formalmente ningún procedimiento.
Es claro que la suma de las dos cosas, la norma y el manual del fabricante, nos dá algo parecido a que hacer para calibrar con Master Meter.
Así es, de nuestra experiencias, de los manuales y de las normas, hemos realizado un procedimiento para la calibración del Master Meter que llevado a la práctica ha demostrado ser eficiente, y repetitivo.
En todas esas tareas, nos hemos vistos obligados a desarrollar una consola "MSM-01" que nos indique con vehemencia las corridas que por efectos de caídas de presión o otros, deberían ser desechadas, cosa que con la consola propia del Master Meter MMC-08 no es posible. Por favor no dude en consultarnos sobre este tema a nuestro.
Con nuestra consola MSM-01 es posible verificar los errores en forma On-Line de los acontecimientos de la corrida, dado que en su display, el operador verá los pulsos generados por el Master Meter, los pulsos errados, la temperatura, el caudal, la temperatura promedio de carga, y el caudal promedio de carga.
De hecho esta consola MSM-01 nos ha permitido generar un procedimiento donde los resultados en la práctica son mucho mas eficaces que los realizados con la consola MMC-08.
Dicha consola permite el ingreso de dos Master Meter, o de un Master Meter y un Meter, de esta forma son realizados procedimientos de calibración de forma Absoluta.
Es decir, la calibración absoluta tiene como resultado final al valor único del factor del meter a un determinado caudal, no un valor de corrección del factor anterior a ese caudal.

Our excellent activities in the scope of the hidrométrica are the Manufacture of instruments of measurement for the area of hydrometry like for example our DataLoggers Monochannels for pluviometers and limnimeters , our pulses counters for very low frequency or VLF, the Automatic Evaporimeter class "A" tank (electronic), that it works like a meteorological power station with the appropriate control of the volume that evaporates in tank, the measurement of evaporation with a precision of the order of the micrometer, with the calculation of the volumetric expansion of the steel and the expansion of the water contained in the class "A" tank.
The Electronic Class "A" tank Automatic Evaporimeter, allows the measurement of evaporation of the water contained, measurement of water evaporation, measurement of evaporation of h2o, automatic measurement of water evaporation in pattern class "A" tank, the Evaporimeter tank or the Automatic Evaporimeter, has to datalogger of automatic measurement of all variables like the Evaporation of the water, rain, solar radiation, ambient humidity, temperature of the tank, low wind speed, and additional high wind speed, wind direction altoa, humidity of the ground, temperature of the ground, battery voltage, etc. This to datalogger approximately allows about to 2000 registries all its corresponding date and hour, granting an autonomy of but of 2 months in field.

All the meters curves data of each one of the instruments could be downloaded from a PC, supporting to 500 different instruments. Based on this technology, we have also developed a measuring instrument of Speed of the water in opened channels like naturals Rivers. For the measurement of speed of rivers a hydraulic windlass is used, which with its turn indicates a frequency, and from his calibration card (with 16 points or 16 Kfactors) it is possible to integrate that frequency like a series of speeds or volumes. "Guincho-Molinete" windlass its appropriate counterbalance, it is possible to measure the depth of the river, with his consequent speeds, to store these data in a removable memory EEPROM that from any other datalogger is possible to lower it to PC.
As resulting from this information, is possible to extract to the profile of the river to be able to thus determine the proportions to the area and with the speed the volume of he himself. This system is denominated System of Automatic Measurement of Hydraulic Speed "SMAVH".

We imagined an equipment that can offer real information us of the pulses (A and B), the suitable sequence, the suitable volume, and that alerts to us when some event generates errors in the bullfight. Situations very complicated have always appeared us to solve in the scope of the programming in Assembler de Microprocessors and/or Microcontrollers, because the tools of programming are very few available. In fact nowadays these microcontrollers in languages like the "C" program themselves that already has important tools of programming. We remembered cases of implementation of mathematical routines of floating point (Everything in Assembler) for microcontroller. The objective of these routines is to obtain a precision adapted in some calculations that the equipment must report, without it requires of matrix calculations or complex series or but.
